Shipment

I ship with climate-friendly shipping partners such as GLS or DHL GOGREEN.

Shipping is currently possible (as of June 2022) within Germany, Switzerland, France, Spain, Italy and Austria.

Shipping costs vary depending on the country. From an order value of €30/CHF 30, shipping is free to all countries.

Since September 2022, the following shipping flat rates apply when orders with a value of less than €30/CHF 30 are placed:

Germany: Shipping flat rate of €3.49

Switzerland: Shipping flat rate of €3.49

Austria: Shipping flat rate of €4.99

Italy: Shipping flat rate of €4.99

France: Shipping flat rate of €4.99

Spain: Shipping flat rate of €4.99

Orders received before 12:00 p.m. (Central European Time) from Monday to Friday will be processed on the same working day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. (Central European Time) will be processed the following business day.

Of course, there may be deviations at certain times, such as in December or during discount campaigns. I try to do my best every day to ensure that the products get to you as quickly as possible.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Return

Our return period is 14 days. After receiving the goods, you have 14 days to make your return.

It is important that the products can only be returned unworn and in their original packaging or that I can only take such products into account for the return. This means that no hang tag, logo, wash label or similar may be removed and the clothing must be unworn and in its original condition.

ATTENTION, returns are excluded for personalized products.

Personalized products were refined directly at your request. Be it through personal stitching or personal engraving. Therefore, products that meet personal needs are not resaleable and cannot be returned/refunded.
