Rose Quartz Gua Sha
Rose quartz has a preventative effect on thrombosis and heart attacks . The stone has a protective effect on the breast, ovaries, uterus and testicles. When placed under the pillow, rose quartz protects against depression and sleep disorders. Rose quartz also helps with fertility.
In addition to the relaxation effect Face yoga massage makes the skin appear plumper. Ideal for tired & stressed skin.
Apply an oil before using Gua Sha, as the skin can easily be injured during intensive exercise if it is not sufficiently oiled.
Place the Gua Sha in the refrigerator beforehand to have an additional cooling effect.

Forehead relaxation
Stroke from the middle of the forehead to the ear for 2-3 minutes. -

Puffy eyes
For 2-3 minutes, stroke the small side over the eyelids to the ear & under the eyes up to the ear. -

Defined cheekbones
Stroke the large side from the upper and lower lip to the ear. Then from the tip of the chin along the bone to the ear. -
jaw and neck
Stroke from the lower jaw over the cheeks to the upper jaw for 2-3 minutes. Do the same from the bottom of the jaw along the neck to the collarbone.

Machine wash at a maximum of 30 degrees, do not turn inside out, wash with the same colors.
A particularly gentle washing and care process always applies to TENCEL:
Normal wash cycle up to 30°C
do not tumble dry
Iron moderately hot up to a maximum of 150 °C
Do not bleach
chemical cleaning possible with perchlorethylene, hydrocarbon, R113 and R11 solutions
TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers are of botanical origin (wood). Therefore, like all fibers of natural origin, they change slightly when washed. Therefore, use color or mild detergent, only wash similar colors together and, very important, iron on the reverse after each wash to maintain the absolutely soft feeling.
